Fully modular system Quick size change over up to 350 wrapped products per hour BOX WRAPPER 24 SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE TO PRODUCE WRAPPED RIGID BOXES MAX 24cm HIGH. Semi-automatic machine to produce high-quality rigid boxes. Manual positioning of the glued paper onto the conveyor tape with Teflon guides (paper gluing to be made on a separate machine). Manual positioning of the box onto the glued paper with a pneumatic centering device. Automatic centering & alignment of materials to the automatic wrapping unit by telescopic conveyor tape. Automatic wrapping unit. Pick & Place to move the ready box to the delivery unit. Moulds for each box size can be made from wood and easily installed/removed by a quick-release system. The semi-automatic version can be upgraded with an automatic paper feeder, gluing unit, and box’ mechanical centering device (motors & sensors).
